Experience
Kirsty is a Director and Head of Business Advisory for Guernsey. She holds an FCA Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) qualification. She has a broad range of accounting experience which includes valuations, acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, cash flow forecasting, and due diligence.
She has extensive experience providing advice to a wide range of businesses. Kirsty has been involved in valuing numerous businesses in which she has been cross-examined in court, as well as producing due diligence reports, completing acquisition searches and raising capital.
She also helps lead large outsourcing assignments for financial service firms. This incorporates bookkeeping, management accounts, year end financials, NAV calculations and liaising with auditors.
